Monster Hunter Freedom 2, connu au Japon sous le nom Monster Hunter Portable 2nd, est un jeu vidéo de type action-RPG développé par Capcom Production Studio 1 et édité par Capcom sur PlayStation Portable. Le titre fait suite à Monster Hunter Freedom, largement basé sur son prédécesseur Monster Hunter 2 sorti sur PlayStation 2, qui n’a jamais été publié hors du Japon.

Le jeu connait une version améliorée dans une seconde édition nommée Monster Hunter Freedom Unite en 2008.
