ZEN INTERGALACTIC NINJA (NINTENDO NES)

Zen: Intergalactic Ninja, based on a comic book of the same name, is the story of an environmental activist ninja named Zen. He was tasked by a group of green, pointy-headed aliens to come to earth and stop environmental pollution by any means necessary. Eventually, he will have to find the great polluter, Lord Contaminous. The gameplay consists of side scrolling and isometric 3D scrolling action. Zen can run, jump, slice with this staff or use bonuses as needed in the game.

A stage where Zen sets time bombs in a toxic factory and tries to escape in 99 seconds. In its path stand roving lasers, security robots and floating treadmills. The second stage takes place in a forest flooded with acid rain. Zen must revive the flowers of the forest with his photon staff while fending off the floating mechanical devices spewing acid rain.

The next stage takes place on an offshore oil rig which goes up in flames. Zen must grab fire extinguisher bonuses and save trapped rig workers while avoiding sensitive oil slicks and raining fireballs. Another stage is called the high-speed rail stage. The goal is to prevent garbage collectors from spreading nuclear waste. Zen is in a mining cart racing underground and fighting other enemies in carts. Zen can blow up this cart, which we will have to do often to survive the dangers of the mine.
