Condition of our items and game compatibility
Unless otherwise stated (new, sealed), all our items are pre-owned. They may have been restored and cleaned.
All our games are in NTSC format and are compatible with North American consoles. Import games (PAL or JAP) are clearly marked and require a console of the corresponding region, unless it is not region-locked.
Download codes (DLC) included with used games are considered used.
Prices and photos
All our prices are displayed in Canadian dollars ($CAD) . If you use a currency converter, please be aware that the final exchange rate applied at checkout will be PayPal's.
Our product photos are for illustrative purposes only. The specific condition of each item is described in its dedicated tab. The item may also be in better condition than described. To obtain additional photos of a specific item, please contact us on our Facebook page.
Guarantees and orders
Every item purchased in-store (game, console, accessory) is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers the proper functioning of the product. For any questions, you can contact us on our Facebook page, by phone at (450) 504-7442 or at info@jeuxvideogamex.com.
All transactions are securely processed through PayPal. Video Game-X does not store any payment information.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the event of an anomaly or suspected fraud. A customer may request cancellation of their order as long as it has not been shipped or collected.
In-store pickup and mailings
In-store pickup: To pick up your order, please present proof of purchase. You have 15 business days to do so. In case of unforeseen circumstances, contact us so we can arrange a new pickup date.
Postal Shipping: Orders are shipped within 48 business hours . You choose the shipping method that suits you when purchasing.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is complete, accurate, and secure. If you have an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by Canada Post for reshipments.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or misplaced by Canada Post. However, we are happy to assist you in submitting a claim.
Delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. If an event beyond our control (e.g., service disruption) interrupts Canada Post deliveries, shipments will be suspended and shipped as soon as the situation resolves. In this case, you can also contact us to arrange in-store pickup or explore other options.
