WWF Wrestlemania 2000 is THQ's first WWF-licensed game after making two games based on WCW. Gameplay is similar to WCW/NWO Revenge, adding new features such as cage matches, custom entries, and the ability to create and customize the player's own wrestlers.
The game features over fifty real WWF stars, as well as the option for sixteen custom wrestlers. All wrestlers come with their actual theme music, entrance videos (turned into slideshows), and entrance performances.
