It was released in Europe on November 16, 2001, in the United States on November 19, 2001, and in Japan on January 24, 2002. The game is part of the WWF SmackDown! based on the wrestling federation World Wrestling Federation (WWF)2. WWF SmackDown! Just Bring It is preceded by WWF SmackDown! 2: Know Your Role and followed by WWE SmackDown! Shut Your Mouth. It is the very first game to be released on PlayStation 2. The game sold 400,000 copies.
