Designed specifically for the PlayStation Vita, Unit 13 grants players access to an elite team of operatives as they take on a series of deadly terrorist organizations. Set in the Horn of Africa, Arabian Peninsula, and South Asia, the game features an arcade-style scoring system that encourages small game sessions across 45 unique missions. Players are rated on how well they perform during each scenario: from the different ways they can take out opponents to their mission completion time to their ability to stay stealthy.
Unit 13 also allows players to select one of six different agents that best suits their playstyle: from the shotgun-wielding pointer, Zeus, to the expert US Marine Scout Sniper, Alabama. Completing single-player missions with each character grants experience, access to additional weapons and explosives, and unlocks weapon upgrades and skills. Other features include custom leaderboards, an in-game event stream, "High Value Target" special missions, ever-changing "Daily Challenges", and two-player co-op over WiFi.
