Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a fighting video game developed and published by Capcom. The game was announced at Comic Con 2011 in San Diego, and was released in November 2011 for PS3 and Xbox 360, and in 2012 for PlayStation Vita1.

It's a crossover, meaning that the game mixes universes created by two different companies: the Capcom video game universe and the Marvel Comics comic book universe. This is a new release based on Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds.
