Twisted Metal 4 is the fourth installment in the Twisted Metal motorized fighting game series, released in 1999. It is the second and final installment in the series developed by Sony's 989 Studios.
Like previous installments, Twisted Metal 4 has been re-released in Sony's Greatest Hits collection.
