Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Island Thunder is an extension for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, released on Windows in 2002 then adapted for Xbox in 2003.

The Ghosts are an elite team of US Army Green Berets, sent to Cuba as part of a UN peacekeeping force to destroy rebel forces and their mercenary leaders and secure elections for a free Cuba.

Ghost Recon: Island Thunder includes a full single and multiplayer challenge, with Xbox Live multiplayer support and DLC coming soon.
