Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends is a video game based on Shining Time Station and the television series Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends released on August 2, 1993 in North America on the Genesis, and September 30, 1993 in North America, and the 31 December 1993 in Europe on Super NES. The game was developed by Software Creations and Malibu Interactive and published by THQ and was released for the Super NES and Genesis platforms. A release was planned for the original Nintendo Entertainment System but was cancelled.
