The Shield PLAYSTATION 2 PS2

Based on the television series "The Shield" and taking place between the third and fourth seasons of that show.

The Farmington Police Department is located in a dangerous part of town. In order to control crime, Detective Vic Mackey leads the "Strike Team," a department known for accomplishing what other detectives cannot. However, the Strike Team's methods are harsh and are always under threat of being investigated. The fallout from his latest escapades has put him under the spotlight of Internal Affairs, and Vic knows that the future of his team lies in his invaluable value and maintaining his high arrest records. A gang war between the Byz-Lats and the One-Niners has begun, and Vic sets out to enforce the law by any means necessary. He will have to arrest the perpetrators, provide evidence, and maybe put some money into his unofficial, tax-exempt retirement fund.
