The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Zeruda no densetsu: Toki no okarina?, lit. "The legend of Zelda: the ocarina of time"), is an action-adventure video game developed by Nintendo EAD and published by Nintendo on Nintendo 64. It was released on November 21, 1998 in Japan, November 23, 1998 in North America, and December 11, 1998 in Europe and Australia. It is the fifth installment in The Legend of Zelda series, five years after The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, and is the first three-dimensional installment.
