The Last of Us Part II (lit. "The Last of Us, Part 2") is a third-person action-adventure, survival horror video game set in in a post-apocalyptic world. Developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, it is released on June 19, 2020 for the PlayStation 4 console, more than three years after its official announcement on December 3, 2016. It is the sequel to The Last of Us game from the same studio.

The game follows the adventures of Ellie and Joel across the United States in ruins due to an epidemic of cordyceps. Four years after the first opus, an unfortunate event occurs, deeply upsetting Ellie. She then embarks on a quest for revenge that will transform her forever.
