The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is an action video game developed by Beenox Studios and published by Activision in 2014 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.

The game is powered by Gameloft on iOS and Android mobile platforms.

Like the previous opus, this new episode does not take up the main plot of the homonymous film but constitutes a parallel sequel.
