Super Mario World, subtitled Super Mario Bros. 4 in Japan, is a platform video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo. Development was handled by Nintendo's EAD division, headed by Shigeru Miyamoto; the latter directed the game alongside Takashi Tezuka.
