Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins is a platform video game released in 1992 for the Game Boy, developed and published by Nintendo. It is the second game in the Super Mario series to be released on Game Boy after Super Mario Land in 1989, of which it is the sequel. The game marks the first appearance of the character Wario, Mario's evil double.
