Super Batter Up, known in Japan as Super Famista, is a baseball video game with a single and two player mode as well as a league mode.

The North American version is officially licensed by the Major League Baseball Players Association and features the names of real professional baseball players. However, it does not have a Major League Baseball license, so no actual team name is used; teams are only identified by their respective locale. While the All-Star mode of the Japanese version of the game closely mimics the Nippon Professional Baseball All-Star Series, the North American version of the game emulates the MLB All-Star Game. An intrasquad mode (present only in the Japanese version) allows players from the same team to compete against each other. The only limitations are that there are only five pitchers on each team, players cannot be changed, and uniforms are limited to red and white colors.
