Super Castlevania IV (Akumajo Dracula) is an action and platform video game developed and published by Konami in 1991 for Super Nintendo. The game was designed by Masahiro Ueno.
Super Castlevania IV was one of the first games of the Super Nintendo and still today, its aura far exceeds that of a simple action game. If the game was presented in Japan as a remake of the first Castlevania, it was, however, sold outside the archipelago as an original episode of the saga.
