Super Bomberman R is an action video game developed by Konami and HexaDrive. It was released on March 3, 2017 for Nintendo Switch to coincide with the console's launch. It is the first game in the Bomberman series since the original studio Hudson Soft disbanded. The game received average reviews from the specialized press. It was later released for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows in June 2018.
In August 2018, the game exceeded one million copies sold.
