The only baseball game from Colecovision and the first in the Super Action series, Super Action Baseball has been specifically designed to work with Super Action controllers.
Batting is done with an angled view where you see your batter in the bottom left of the screen and the pitcher in the center-right. The upper part of the screen is reserved for base monitoring. As the ball approaches, your player attempts to hit the ball with their bat to send it flying. A successful hit will force your player to run around the bases. Racing is done with the "wheel" on top of the Super Action controllers. Theft is also possible.
Fielding is simple, using Super Action controllers, players have 4 buttons to match each base. Thus, the ball can be launched instantly on any of the bases.
