In Spy Fiction, a terrorist organization has acquired the ability to use biotech weapons and plans to use them on the world's population. The player takes control of two special agents, Bishop and Shiela, members of an elite group called SEA Phantom Strike, who are tasked with neutralizing the terrorist threat.
