SPACE MEGAFORCE (SUPER NINTENDO SNES)

Space Megaforce, known in Japan and Europe as Super Aleste, is a vertical-scrolling shooter video game developed by Compile. It was released by Toho in 1992 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System as part of the Aleste series. Traditionally, the player pilots a spaceship through a variety of locations teeming with enemy squadrons to shoot down, although the Japanese version's story is different from the American and European ones. Super Aleste also features a "short game", featuring short segments of the regular levels, with an emphasis on scoring as many points as possible.
