Sonic Heroes is a platform video game, developed by Sonic Team and released on GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2003 then adapted for Windows in 2004.
Although the story and the intervening characters are in line with the previous Sonic games, the game abandons the spirit of the previous two games, in mechanics and form of the scenario, to more closely resemble the Sonic games on MegaDrive. In Sonic Heroes, the player has the choice between four stories where, in each of them, a "team" of three members intervenes with whom the player plays simultaneously and between whom he can alternate during the level according to the aptitudes. he needs: Team Sonic (Sonic, Tails and Knuckles), Team Dark (Shadow, Rouge and E-123 Omega), Team Rose (Amy, Cream and Big) and Team Chaotix (Vector, Espio and Charmy ).
