SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy is a 2.5D fighting game featuring female characters from the SNK fighting game universe.
The game features a 2 vs 2 tag battle. The player must first choose a female character as the "attacker" and a second character as the "supporter" to help the attacker. The player can choose different outfits and makeups for his characters before starting the match; To defeat the enemy, the player needs not only normal or special moves, but also "Dream Finisher" move similar to super special moves like in The King of Fighters games.
The player can embody 14 different female characters such as: Athena Asamiya, Kula Diamond, Leona Heidern, Mai Shiranui, Shermie, Mui Mui, Sylvie Paula Paula, Yuri Sakasaki, Mian, Love Heart, Luong, Nakoruru, Zarina and a female version of Terry Bogard in this game.
