Siren is a Japanese survival horror game set in a small town where almost all the people have been killed.
A mermaid in the small Japanese village of Hanuda suddenly transforms its inhabitants into shibito, zombies determined to turn everyone into shibito.
The player alternates gameplay between ten different characters trying to avoid the shibito. It's like a puzzle. The player must learn the patterns of shibitos and learn how to avoid being seen, as all characters have very low max health. The player can also hijack other characters and shibito to see from their perspective.
