Shovel Knight is a Platform Indie video game developed by Yacht Club Games. Originally scheduled for September 2013, the game was released worldwide on June 26, 2014 for PC, and on the same date for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS in North America. It was released on November 6, 2014 in Europe on these platforms. The game was released in 2015 on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Xbox One, then in 2017 on Nintendo Switch.
