Shinobi SEGA GAME GEAR SGG

As with the original games, Shinobi for GG (the first portable member of the franchise) is a side-scrolling action game in which you play as an elemental ninja seeking revenge, your task being to clear several stages filled with evil ninjas and other various enemies.

New to this version is the MegaMan-like ability to select which stage (also unique to this version) to play in any sequence. Each stage contains a different elemental ninja held captive, who is freed once the level is completed. You can then switch between the available ninjas mid-stage to take advantage of their unique abilities (the green ninja double jumps, the blue ninja has a grappling hook, the yellow ninja walks on water, etc.) which become a necessity to complete all levels.
