RUGBY 2005 (PLAYSTATION 2 PS2)

Rugby 2005 is the first update to EA Sports' rugby franchise. The game is now powered by EA's FIFA engine. Features include overhauled gameplay, motion-captured animation, crowd chants for major stadiums, and unique headers for famous players. The BBC's Ian Robertson and former All Black Murray Mexted provide commentary. Mexted also guides the player through extensive interactive training drills.

Rugby 2005 includes up-to-date rosters for all major international teams, as well as options to edit teams and create new players. Players can participate in tournaments such as the 6 Nations, Tri Nations, Super 12 and European Trophy championships.
