Romance of the Three Kingdoms IX, also known as Sangokushi IX, is the ninth installment in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms (Sangokushi) series of strategy games by Koei. The game narrates the events of 2nd and 3rd century China based on the writings of the historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Players are able to play through various historical, challenge, or “if” scenarios with automatic rule rank.
