Rescue Mission (SEGA MASTER SYSTEM SMS)

Your comrades are wounded and stranded on the battlefield. The only way to reach them is by handcart along a railway track. Your job is to protect the medics who are climbing the rails to reach the wounded. On their way, hordes of enemies on the ground and in the air fire everything from fireballs to rockets. Adding to the chaos, landmines lie on the track, just waiting to be crushed.
