The film Platoon featured a squad of five soldiers on a mission for the United States Army in Vietnam. In this action game based on the film, you take turns controlling these five guys, with the ability to switch between them as they each take one of 3 hits that would kill them.
The game recreates each of the film's sections, starting with a side-scrolling journey through the jungle, with paths to traverse horizontally and vertically, and the ability to jump or dodge hazards. You'll need to blow up a bridge and then locate a village that has a torch, map, and trap door. The enemy has trapped the area and are launching airstrikes, so the danger isn't just from enemy ground soldiers.
