Pitstop is an action racing game featuring six different race tracks. Your goal is to earn as much money as possible by winning races on the Grand Circuit, which consists of one race on each of the six tracks. Each time a race is completed, you will earn money based on your ranking and the number of laps completed before continuing. While racing, keep an eye on your tires and fuel; if your tires become too worn (causing a blowout) or if you run out of gas, it will be game over. To prevent this from happening, you will need to make a pit stop. Here, you control the pit crew and can replace tires and fuel. Of course, in the pits, the race continues, and repairs must be made as quickly as possible to resume racing without losing too much ground. Several gameplay options are available to control the difficulty level and the number of laps. In addition to the Grand Circuit which is the complete race, you can also practice a track in a single race or participate in the mini circuit which consists of three races.
