Phantasy Star Universe (PSU) is an action-RPG video game created by Sonic Team and published by Sega for Windows, PlayStation 2, and Xbox 360. The European release was on November 24th for all platforms. Phantasy Star Universe is often referred to as a hack and slash in popular jargon. The publisher's official website classifies it as an "Online RPG." It is an Action-RPG with two distinct modes: a complete Story mode that is played entirely solo and an online multiplayer mode, a mode relatively similar to that of Phantasy Star Online (PSO).
