The Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter is a device that allows gamers to play locally compatible Game Boy Advance games with other gamers who have a copy of the game without having to use a link cable. The device was released in 2004; while originally exclusively packaged with copies of the Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen versions upon release of this game, it was later released as a standalone retail product.
