NFL BLITZ (NINTENDO 64 N64)

NFL Blitz gives the National Football League the same over-the-top treatment that Midway used so effectively with NBA Jam. Features include over-the-top muscle player models, "turbo" buttons, fast-paced action, and some pretty wild rule changes (like 30 yards for a first down!). Blitz is nothing if not a unique football gaming experience.

Player taunts ("IT'S MY HOME!"), unpenalized late hits, and amusing announcer comments ("That was totally unwarranted – but awfully fun to watch!") all add to the game's violent charm.
