NCAA MARCH MADNESS 99 (PS1 PLAYSTATION)

This basketball game allows the player to choose from 107 men's division 1 teams, 16 women's division 1 teams (the best 16 of the 1998 season) and 20 of the best men's teams of all time from the past. The NCAA license allows team names to be real, but no player names are allowed, although players on teams mimic the real jersey number and skills of their real-life counterparts.

The game features six game modes: Exhibition, Tournament, Practice, Women's Sweet Sixteen, Three-Point Shootout, and Dynasty.

Exhibition allows the player to choose any team to play against any other team in the game. Tournament Mode allows the player to fully customize a 64-team NCAA Tournament. The practice mode allows the player to practice his skills on the field. Women's Sweet Sixteen allows the player to organize a tournament for the 16 women's teams in the game. Three-Point Shootout allows the player to participate in a three-point shooting contest. Dynasty mode allows the player to lead a college team through multiple seasons and allows the player to recruit new talent to improve their team.
