Former Syracuse player Carmelo Anthony was featured on the cover. The commentary is made by Brad Nessler and "Mr. College Basketball" Dick Vitale when introduced to the game. a cheerleader or mascot would appear in the main menu while playing the school fight song. The game looks like NBA Live 2004.
