Another entry in the March Madness series with updated standard rosters on over 130 official NCAA teams along with their actual logos and nicknames. Standard modes also apply, including Exhibition, which supports multiplayer capabilities, Season, and Tournament. It also gives the player the ability to change the difficulty of the game to their liking, including fatigue settings, computer AI, period lengths, and more.

Players can also create their own college using 14 logos, different jersey styles, head coaches, and three different stadium types (Field House, Stadium, and Arena). It also features the voices of renowned NCAA coaches, including Roy Williams, Billy Donovan and more, who will provide advice to players throughout the game.
