Based on the TV show, this game takes various shows and lets you craft the vehicle that was made in the shows. For those who don't know the TV series, it works like this...
Jesse and his team must build a creation that will complete a certain task within 7 days and spending less than $3000 and the vehicle must look stock when completed.
So this game gives you the task to build a vehicle that does something like go through a swamp by floating on water and using a big fan to make you move.
On day one, you have to design the vehicle. In the first scenarios, you only have one predefined design to choose from. In later scenarios, you can choose from three predefined designs.
Days two through six are spent building the vehicle. You can purchase various parts for the vehicle, but most parts will need to be crafted. To do this, you will need to buy raw materials such as metal sheets or metal rods and assign the task of crafting something like a safety cage to one of the team members. They will craft the item within a certain amount of time while you take care of other things.
Things you need to do include removing parts from the vehicle or attaching parts to the vehicle as needed, and welding items to the vehicle or cutting out items from the vehicle. Every welding and cutting is already set up for you and you just need to follow the indicated line. The bolts are unscrewed or screwed as needed.
On the seventh day, your vehicle must have been completed, or you must try again. The seventh day is only for updating the appearance of your vehicle. This includes adding some custom parts such as gold plated rims, painting the vehicle, and applying decals.
Once you're ready, you'll take your vehicle to test drive it and see if it works. If you have reached the seventh day without having to start over, your vehicle will work. This is really just a test where you have to complete a track within a certain amount of time. For example, in one mission you will have to drive around a snowy track in your upgraded car which has snowmobile tracks added to make it easier to follow within a certain amount of time. You get as many tries as needed to complete this. Once done, you can move on to the next mission.
The challenges in this game are to stay under $3000 when buying/selling coins and completing the trail at the end.
