Monkey Mischief!: Party Time is a collection of 20 mini-games for up to four players. Four monkeys have escaped from their prison, using a banana to unlock their cell door, and now they are causing mischief in a village. Each game only lasts one minute, so different games can be played in quick succession. The titles are divided into four groups and must be unlocked gradually. Many games and assets are very identical to the old Block Party from the same developer, but now with a monkey theme.

In Crowd Control, the monkey must pump the nunchuck like a water pump to spray water on the bird that appears in the back of the screen. In Crazy Bucket Rhino, the monkeys get off a swing and can jump to pick up food and treats. They have to collect as much as they can and then climb back up, but when they leave the swing they are exposed to a rampaging rhino who can cause the monkey to lose whatever was collected. In another game, players swing a rhino by its tail as in the sport of hammer throwing to throw the rhino above water in a specific direction which must be timed to collect items. In Monkey Masterpiece, players must draw a shape with the Wii Remote. If they don't follow the form, a monkey sitting in the back will scream.

Monkey Dodgeball is a dodgeball game played in teams of two monkeys with multiple balls thrown at once. In another game, players shoot toilet paper rolls from a first-person perspective at monkeys appearing and dancing on the toilet. There is also a mini-game called Monkey Memory based on the magic cups and balls routine where players have to guess where a ball is, quickly moving between and under three cups. If they are wrong, a monkey in the back is electrocuted. In a pogo game, the monkeys bounce around in a small circle and have to knock each other out. In Salmon Slap, players use the nunchuck analog stick to move around a circular arena. They then swing the Wii Remote to hit an opponent with a fish.
