MLB Power Pros is a different version of the MLB license. While the player has the opportunity to play as authentic players in real MLB teams, the players are represented by anime characters, with large heads, feet and hands without arms or legs. The game has been a mainstay in Japan for 15 years.
Power Pros has options from other real-time games such as Season, Multiplayer and Exhibition modes, it also has a story-based mode where the player can create their own character and play for up to 20 years, by doing activities such as earning the right to go from minor to major, landing big contracts, buying houses and cars, making friends on and off the field, starting hobbies and donating to charities to draw attention to the player.
It also features a Dynasty mode where the player can lead an MLB team, trade and release with a 40-man roster and change formation on defense and offense as well as change a pitcher's ball speed.
