MLB 2000 Playstation PS1

This game is essentially an update to MLB 99 with some new features. The game contains representations of real teams, stadiums, statistics, and players that reflect their real-life counterparts. Returning modes from the previous game include Quick Play, Season, Playoffs, Spring Training, and Home Run Derby. One of the new modes is GM Mode. In this mode, players can draft, create, trade, call up, wait, release, and sign players. Another new mode is Manager Mode. In this mode, players can check scouting reports during the game, warm up relievers in the bullpen, and try to take their team to the World Series and, with any luck, win.

Vin Scully returns from the last game to do play-by-play commentary, and is assisted by Dave Campbell who does color commentary.
