Mister Mosquito is one of the first games from Eidos' FreshGames group, which brings Japanese games to the North American market.
In Mister Mosquito, you play as a mosquito, in the home of the Yamada family. You have to suck the blood of the three family members (wife, husband, daughter), without getting run over or spotted.
You will only be able to suck blood for a limited time, as sucking for too long will irritate the person, causing them to crush you.
If you're spotted trying to suck someone off, you'll then enter a battle mode, where you have to hit different "Relax" and "Faint" points, without getting crushed.
