Marc Eckō's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure is a cross-platform video game launched on PC, PlayStation 2 and Xbox (not to mention a portable version) on February 17, 2006. The action takes place in the imaginary city of New Radius, world in which all freedom of expression is banned and whose tyrannical government has graffiti as its worst enemy. It is therefore around this theme, the tag, that the interest of the game centers around where we will embody Trane, a young graffiti artist who, by using his talent as a tagger (which will evolve over the course of the game) to denounce and hunt the CCK (government) from its grip on the city. The 20 levels divided into sub-levels of the game alternate between combat phases, infiltration and of course action where you will face CCK police officers and cleaning agents.
An action and adventure game, Marc Eckō's Getting Up falls into the category of underground games, that is to say in the atmosphere of urban culture and hip-hop.
The name Marc Ecko comes from the name of the graffiti artist best known for the clothing line he founded: Eckō Unlimited.
