Major League Baseball 2K5: World Series 05 Edition is an updated version of Major League Baseball 2K5 that was released to coincide with the 2005 World Series. The game contains updated rosters as well as two new game modes: Pennant Fever and World Series Moments. Pennant Fever is like the regular Franchise mode but begins approximately 120 games into the season and uses real-life team records. World Series Moments contains ten historic World Series games. In addition, the game comes with a DVD that highlights World Series moments that can be played in the game.
