Lumines: Electronic Symphony continues the series of stylish musical puzzle games. This title retains the same core gameplay of previous games: there are vertically stacked 2x2 square blocks that are one color or another. The player's goal is to match the four segmented blocks to form a square stack of the same color, but it is possible to match more than four blocks. Stacked blocks don't disappear until a timeline moving horizontally from the left side of the screen sweeps across them, so it's possible to match more blocks of the same color until then. The larger matching amount will increase the number of points received.
