Lucha libre (literally "free wrestling" in Spanish) is Mexican wrestling (also referred to as "Mexican wrestling" in Quebec). A practitioner of lucha libre is called a luchador. According to tradition, most luchadors wear a mask. The mask represents a bit of the life of a luchador, it has a very special importance and is anchored in old traditions.
