There are 13 different types of races, ranging from highways to nights to sections punctuated with roadworks, and some are lap-based, others are simple ABs. 2 players can play in split screen mode.
The crowning glory of the game, however, was the RECS editor, which let you create your own courses, with theoretically millions possible.
