Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, or simply Lost Planet, is a third-person shooter video game developed and published by Capcom in 2006 for Xbox 360. The game was also released for Windows and PlayStation 3. The game was re-released in 2008 as -titled Colonies Edition with new game modes and downloadable maps to play online.
