LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins Nintendo Selects Nintendo 3DS

The game is a prequel to LEGO City Undercover and tells the story of Chase McCain's (and other characters from that game's) early days as a police officer in LEGO City: Chase McCain is a rookie cop fresh out of the academy who joins the LEGO City Police Department. He must make a name for himself in the police ranks as he solves increasingly difficult cases.

LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins takes place in an open world (Lego City). Chase can use any kind of car he sees on the streets.
